Role Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric digital experiences that are both functional and visually appealing. You’ll take the lead in understanding user behavior through research and testing, and translate those insights into engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, while also maintaining a consistent design system. Your role will involve continuously iterating based on feedback and analytics, ensuring our digital interfaces are not just beautiful—but also effective.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web and mobile).
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory.
Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
