Role Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing various design projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders and other designers to ensure the creation of high-quality visual designs that meet business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

In addition to strong graphic design skills, we are looking for a specialist with experience in 3D design. Your main responsibilities will include creating 3D visuals for campaigns, applying visual effects for videos, and developing interactive elements for digital projects.

You will be expected to own the full design process — brainstorming, concepting, prototyping, refining, and delivering — while staying updated on design and 3D trends to ensure a fresh, modern approach in everything we create.

Qualifications

Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, through courses or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Solid experience with 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and brand systems
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling solutions
Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
