Role Description

As the Head of People & Culture, you will hold a key leadership role, shaping our workplace and driving people-focused strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.

You will lead the entire talent lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to career development and performance management, ensuring we attract, retain, and nurture top talent. You’ll oversee policies related to leave, vacations, and employee processes, ensuring a fair and efficient system that supports the team’s needs.

In addition to managing administrative responsibilities, you will design and lead initiatives to boost engagement, foster connections, and create a positive, inspiring work environment. As a key architect of our culture, you’ll play a critical role in building a motivated, high-performing team and cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management or people operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success in driving culture-building initiatives and fostering employee engagement.
Expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Strong skills in performance management and employee development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships across all organizational levels.
High emotional intelligence with a passion for creating a motivated and productive workplace.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance management.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, especially in handling official documentation.
Ability to lead and inspire teams while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
Emphasis on urgency, punctuality, and creative problem-solving.
