Currently, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Mobile App) to help us to #MarkTheDifference

Role Description

As a Digital Specialist you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement for our clients' mobile apps. You will own the full cycle of digital marketing, from strategy to execution, and collaborate closely with product, development, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to optimize app store presence, manage paid campaigns, contribute to overall mobile growth strategy, and research new growth opportunities, tools, and platforms to expand mobile marketing efforts.

Your role includes managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta etc.), optimizing app store listings (App Store and Google Play) to maximize downloads and user engagement, and conducting A/B testing and performance analysis to ensure efficient spend and maximum return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you’ll stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technological advancements to ensure innovative and effective campaign strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile marketing for iOS and Android platforms.
Proven experience in running successful paid campaigns for mobile apps.
Strong understanding of ASO, mobile app analytics, and user acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in mobile marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta ADS, Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and in-app engagement tactics.
Strong communication and project management skills.
