Role Description

As the Copywriting Team Lead, you’ll shape the voice of our clients’ brands while leading the copywriting team to excellence. You’ll oversee the entire copywriting process — from ideation and strategic planning to content creation and performance review — ensuring the work aligns with our clients’ needs and exceeds expectations.

Your role extends beyond project management; you will provide creative direction, helping guide and mentor the small team, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. With a focus on developing your team’s potential, you’ll empower them to create impactful content that elevates our clients’ brands and resonates with their target audience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or brand communication.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing abilities.
Knowledge of marketing principles and content strategies.
Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
